The company is a group of scientists, engineers, and programmers working on permanent magnet electric motor design, with technology trademarked as VTG (Variable Torque Generation). FP has 44 patents issued (U.S. & Foreign), 22 patents pending, and has built five proof of concept prototypes plus preproduction prototypes for potential customers.
