Fair Share Farm is a family farm in rural northeastern Clay County, Missouri, that began growing organic fruits and vegetables in 2003. It uses regenerative and biological farming practices, including extensive cover cropping, mulching, compost application, chicken rotations, mineral additions, and water management. The farm also produces live-culture fermented foods from its produce in an on-farm commercial kitchen, with more than 95% of ingredients raised on the farm.
