Founded in April 2024, Estes developed a thermo-structural battery architecture delivering 225 Wh/kg using US-sourced lithium-ion cells. Its flagship Magnus battery platform uses a thermo-structural body cast from MgCarbonit, Estes' proprietary magnesium alloy.
