ESS Earth Sciences is an Australian-owned company based in Richmond, Victoria, that designs, manufactures, installs and supports seismic, geotechnical, hydrological and meteorological monitoring instruments. It operates four divisions — Geosystems, Greenspan, Seismology Research Centre and Weathertech — and has over 50 years of continuous operation, serving more than 100 client organisations in over 40 countries. Its 700+ m² Melbourne facility includes a calibration laboratory, and it is ISO 9001 certified by BSI.
