Ervin Cable Construction, LLC (ECC) is a full-service provider of construction, design, and engineering services to the telecommunications industry. Founded in 1980 by three Ervin brothers as a small cable TV business, ECC is headquartered in Sturgis, Kentucky, and operates in over 70 offices nationwide, having worked in 46 states. ECC specializes in fiber optic network construction and installation, including some of the largest FTTH and fiber network projects in the country, and employs over 2,000 people.
