Ernessi Farms is an indoor vertical hydroponic farm located in historic downtown Ripon, Wisconsin. Founded by two geologists, Bryan Ernst and Tim Alessi, who began designing a soil-free growing system in 2012, the farm grows crops hydroponically without herbicides, pesticides, or GMO seeds. Its vertical farming design allows it to grow 80% more produce while using 90% less water, and all produce is cut, packaged, and delivered within 24 hours.
