Epitaxial Laboratory Inc. is a small R&D firm specializing in semiconductor materials and devices, with a complete line facility for material growth, device fabrication, and packaging. It has been awarded more than 25 R&D contracts covering sensors, lasers, ultra-high efficiency solar cells, new materials and devices. It is working toward commercializing monolithically integrated 2D NIR and MidIR imaging sensors with CMOS read-out circuits.
