He helps companies increase workplace engagement and human performance through physiology and nutrition, and offers nutritional consulting, corporate wellness programs, and speaking engagements. The first dietitian to pass Ranger School and serve in the 75th Ranger Regiment, he holds a Ph.D. in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University.
