Encompass designs and manufactures orbital, robotic and industrial welding systems. Originally founded in 1996 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, the company began providing optical and electronic consulting services to automotive manufacturers before launching automated welding solutions. Its Rock Hill facility was purchased in June 2004 and is 38,000 SF.
