EMVision is a medical imaging company developing a portable, non-ionising electromagnetic brain scanner for stroke diagnosis and monitoring. Its lead product, the emu Brain Scanner, is designed to deliver bedside imaging and AI-powered identification of stroke type in minutes. A proposed first responder device is intended for pre-hospital use in road and air ambulances. The technology stems from over a decade of research at The University of Queensland.
