The EMS-Fehn-Group (EFG) is an alliance of independent companies providing worldwide maritime and logistics services for several decades. It was founded in 1984 when captain and entrepreneur Heiko Luikenga established EMS Shipping & Trading in Leer, Germany. The companies are active in ship management, crewing, shipping & chartering, yacht transport, trucking, port operations and project logistics, with offices throughout Europe, the MENA region and overseas.
