Ellijay Mushrooms is a family-owned sustainable mushroom farm located on 171 acres of Georgia farmland in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Ellijay, Georgia. The farm cultivates gourmet shiitake, blue oyster, golden oyster, king oyster, and lion's mane mushrooms, harvesting daily and shipping to wholesalers across the Southeast and top restaurants in Atlanta. It offers self-guided tours, u-pick flowers, and a farm store.
