ELEVATION THERAPY LLC

From the company

Elevation Physical and Occupational Therapy was founded by Bell County native Dr. Jimmy Corum, DPT, COMT, Cert. MDT, CIDN, on the belief that hometown communities deserve world-class care. What began as one provider's commitment to serving the Appalachian region has grown into a network of clinics, joined by fellow locally owned practices Apex Physical Therapy and Pinnacle Performance Physical Therapy.
