Electric Motor Technologies (EMT) was launched in May 1999 by Andy Butz and Dwaine York in Cincinnati, Ohio, providing electric motor repair, new motor purchases, and emergency service. EMT runs two shifts a day providing in-house repair on all sizes of industrial motors, including servo, and operates a 40,000 square foot service facility with a 40-ton crane. The company was acquired by Industrial Service Solutions in 2024.
