The Meadows is a 25-acre continuing care campus in Dallas, Pennsylvania, operated by Ecumenical Enterprises, Inc. (EEI), a non-profit, faith-based organization. The campus includes a 130-bed skilled nursing facility, a 66-bed personal care home (The Meadows Manor), on-campus apartments, and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation centers. EEI also operates seven housing complexes in the greater Wyoming Valley area.
