Eat Your Greens! Organic Farm is a family- and nutritionist-owned microgreens farm in Central Texas near Austin. Founded by Christa Zuniga (co-founder and certified nutritionist) and April, the farm hand-sows and harvests microgreens at about 10 days old, growing from USDA Certified Organic seeds without pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers. They sell fresh microgreens at Austin-area farmers markets and ship powders, capsules, seasoning, infused oil, and grow kits.
