Eat Drink RI (EDRI) was created in 2010 by David Dadekian and is a media, marketing and event production company focused on all things culinary in Rhode Island. EDRI produces dinner series, offers a free events calendar and job listings, covers local news about chefs, restaurants, and products, and works with non-profit organizations supporting the local food sector. It has produced eight statewide food and drink festivals and several markets around Rhode Island.
