East Rock Diagnostics Inc. is a Yale spinout and pre-seed diagnostics company translating extracellular vesicle research into tools for neurological biomarker studies. It is developing AstroScope, a research-grade blood-based platform that combines dozens of RNA biomarkers from astrocyte-enriched blood vesicles into signatures of neurological disease, progression, and drug response. Secondary progressive multiple sclerosis is its lead program, validated for research use only, with development toward clinical use continuing. The company is based in New Ha
