Don Schnieders Excavating Company, Inc. (DSE) is a family-operated, locally owned construction and excavation firm serving Mid-Missouri for over 50 years. Founded by Don Schnieders in 1964 as a one-man show, it expanded into commercial excavation in 1977 and now has over 50 employees, managed by its second generation with owners Bruce Bax and Don Rhea.
