DNA Nanobots, Inc. is a preclinical-stage platform technology company founded in 2021 in Columbus, Ohio, as a spin-out from The Ohio State University. It develops Genobots, non-viral delivery systems in which gene-bearing DNA is folded into a defined nanoscale structure carrying targeting and trafficking elements, building on over a decade of DNA-origami research. The architecture is being evaluated across genetic diseases including Duchenne muscular dystrophy; no program has been designated a lead and there are no approved products.
