DTI produces DC Power Supplies, Pulse Modulators, and RF Transmitters for defense, scientific, and commercial systems, using solid state designs that replace vacuum tubes. Founded in 1987 by MIT graduates, DTI is headquartered in Bedford, Massachusetts, and designs, manufactures, and markets the patented PowerMod line of high-voltage, solid state, pulsed power modulators and switching power supplies.
