Plants grow off the ground in a clean growing mix inside a computer-controlled glass greenhouse on a 40-acre site, with 222,000 sq ft total and 174,000 sq ft under glass. The company had its first commercial harvest in 2019 and has been growing and operating hands-on since 2017.
