Difrotec OÜ is an Estonian company based in Tartu that develops ultra high accuracy interferometry and custom optical solutions. It developed, designed and manufactured the first commercially available point diffraction interferometer, the D7, a phase-shifting point diffraction common path interferometer for measuring optical surface figure and transmitted wavefront quality with angstrom-scale accuracy. The company has over 30 years' experience in mathematical modelling of optical systems and optical image processing.
