Dia-Foot was founded in 2004 by Dr. Gaynor to help at-risk diabetic patients reduce their risk of skin breakdown and improve mobility. Dia-Foot provides the largest selection of diabetic shoe brands and styles in the country, offering over 450 styles for wholesale and retail customers, and manufactures the Pure Stride brand of orthotics and therapeutic sandals. Its lab produces PDAC-approved custom and prefabricated diabetic inserts.
