Detection and Treatment Resources, Inc. (DTR) is an organization that services the needs of local, state, and federal contract services in the area of substance abuse, mental health, and counseling. Established in 1998, DTR provides quality outpatient substance abuse and mental health counseling to individuals within the forensic component for government agencies throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties. DTR treats incarcerated transitioning clients using evidenced-based therapeutic approaches and cognitive behavioral interventions.
