Founded by Maria Kardamaki Robertson, who grew up on the Greek island of Crete, the company cooks everything in-house using fresh herbs, vegetables, and meats without hormones or antibiotics. Products are gluten-free friendly, high-protein, high-fiber, and GLP-1 friendly, with vegan and vegetarian options, sold to foodservice and retail with private label available.
