Defense Solutions Group, LLC (DSG) is a Joint Venture established specifically for the provision of services under DISA's ENCORE III Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. LightGrid, LLC is the Managing Member responsible for Project Management Office activities. The JV was formed through a Contract Teaming Arrangement of four industry-leading small business members, providing a full range of IT services and solutions for the Department of Defense, other federal agencies, and the intelligence community.
