Decysive Systems is the consulting practice of Dr. Ronald L. Miller, who consults in new energy technologies (emphasizing fusion energy), systems engineering, decision analysis, risk/value management and energy economics. Dr. Miller holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 1975 to 1994 and in the Fusion Energy Research Program at UC San Diego from 1994 to 2002.
