DCA Instruments designs and manufactures custom ultra-high vacuum (UHV) systems and components for thin film deposition, specializing in Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE), Physical Vapor Deposition/Sputtering (PVD), and Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD). Founded in 1989, the company has installed more than 300 UHV systems worldwide and is ISO 9001:2015 approved. It introduced the world's first automated UHV wafer transfer tool in 2004 and is a world leader in oxide MBE.
