Founded in 2018, Cygnus Photonics develops and commercializes precision UV and VUV photolithographic systems and exposure tools for electronic, photonic, and biomedical device manufacturers and research/educational communities. Its modular exposure tools process wafers up to 8 inch diameter, and its ultrathin deep-UV/VUV lamps enable 172 nm photolithography without vacuum and uniform irradiation over areas up to 1 m2.
