Central Valley Barber College is a California state-approved barber college in Riverbank, CA, founded in 2014 by Dave White and taken over in 2018 by current owners Rhonda Arnold and Carl Gibbs. It prepares students for the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology exam through hands-on training on actual customers, teaching tapered haircuts, fades, razor fades, and traditional hot towel shaves. It is accredited by NACCAS and approved by the BPPE, and participates in Title IV federal financial aid programs.
