Cutler Repaving Inc. is a hot in-place recycling (HIR) contractor and HIR equipment manufacturer founded in 1965 by Earl F. Cutler outside of Chicago and relocated to Lawrence, Kansas in 1968. The company has completed over 38,425 lane miles of hot in-place recycled pavement for city, county, and state DOTs, and performs HIR in nine states.
