Cut R Meats is a family-owned and operated ranch in the heart of Kansas raising high-quality Black Angus beef. Their cattle graze native grass and are finished on grains grown on their own farm, producing grass-fed, grain-finished beef free from added hormones and antibiotics. Cattle are harvested on the ranch and hand-cut by the team at MidWest Meats in Abilene, Kansas.
