Curii is a software company that develops Arvados, an open source platform for managing, processing, and sharing genomic and other large scientific and biomedical data. Founded by George Church, Sarah Wait Zaranek, Tom Clegg, Alexander (Sasha) Wait Zaranek, Ward Vandewege and Peter Amstutz, it grew out of designing software to scale the Personal Genome Project. Curii retains an open science mission focused on free and open software, open data and samples, and open standards.
