It is a service-disabled veteran-owned restaurant specializing in gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches called Crimson Melts, gourmet cheesecakes, and Fully Engulfed Milkshakes, with a Build-Your-Own Melt Bar. It also offers catering and private parties and supports mental health awareness for first responders and military communities through its Folds of the Flame foundation.
