Cream Co. is a 100% natural whole-animal butchery and distributor for sustainable and regenerative ranches, founded in 2016. It partners with over 25 sustainable and regenerative family farms and artisan producers across the West Coast. In 2018 it purchased a 15,000 sq. ft. USDA cut and wrap facility in East Oakland, where it invests in butchery capabilities and food safety technologies.
