News In the news. April 2026 $100,000 MIT Climate & Energy Prize Cosine was named the 2026 Grand Final Winner of the MIT Climate & Energy Prize, taking home the $100,000 grand prize. The award, presented at Greentown Labs, recognizes our electrified thermochemical reactor platform and its potential to decarbonize industrial heat. October 2025 NSF SBIR Phase I Award Cosine was awarded a Phase I Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant from the U.S. National Science Foundation. This non-dilutive funding backs the research and development of our electrified thermochemical reactor and high-efficiency power electronics as we work toward decarbonizing industrial heat.
