Construction Testing Laboratories, Inc. (CTL) is a special inspection and testing laboratory located in the Tacoma area, where it has resided for over fifteen years. CTL maintains the highest level of accreditation available for technical competence in its industry, as set forth in ISO17025:2005, and is accredited through bodies such as A2LA, AASHTO (R-18) and in accordance with ASTM E-329. It also maintains validation with the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE).
