FreshRx is a USDA-funded non-profit food prescription program (PRx) based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, that partners with local farms to provide free, nutrient-dense, locally grown produce to Oklahomans living with diabetes. Founded by Erin Martin, it launched its pilot in April 2021 as the first-of-its-kind PRx in Oklahoma, offering fresh food, cooking classes, and health screenings at no cost to patients.
