of pageF.R.E.S.H. P.H.A.S.E Workshops The C.O.P.E. Inc. F.R.E.S.H. P.H.A.S.E. curriculum was created to target women and teens demonstrating risky behaviors, academic challenges that have been exposed to traumatic life experiences. These experiences include, but are not limited to rape, molestation, divorce, child abuse or neglect, domestic violence, broken relationships, separation and loss, bullying or broken family systems. The curriculum helps individuals to address issues of fear (F), rejection (R), emptiness (E), sadness (S), and hopeless (H). After addressing these issues the curriculum provides participants with tools to progress into a place of, peace (P), healing/hope (H), acceptance (A), stability (S), and empowerment (E).
