John's wife Elizabeth, who brought a unique perspective from her background in logistics joined the business in 2006. The concept for a new business model was sparked at an ASCII event, where they learned about the managed service provider (MSP) model. This approach to IT service delivery resonated with their desire to not just fix technology issues, but to strategically guide businesses in leveraging technology for growth and success.
