Compel JV, LLC (Compel) is a Joint Venture created pursuant to an SBA-approved Mentor-Protégé Agreement between Creative Marketing Resources, Inc. (CMR) and the Fors Marsh Group, LLC (FMG). Compel is designated as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Its mission is to provide government agencies with a research-based, social marketing approach that improves the lives of historically underrepresented communities and of the greater American society.
