Communication and Control, Inc. (CCI) was formed in 1965 by combining Umunhum Development Corporation (established 1950) and Allison Development Company (established 1961). CCI operates communications site leases, including a 25-acre lease on Mount Allison near Fremont, California, purchased in 1969. The company became an S Corporation in 1989 and is a female minority owned company with McQueen family ownership. CCI offers a single point of responsibility for complex communication needs through business alliances in the communications industry.
