Columbia Housing & Redevelopment Corporation (CHRC), organized in 1959, offers housing and redevelopment opportunities to serve residents of the City of Columbia in Tennessee. Governed by a five-member Board of Commissioners, it provides housing and redevelopment assistance for low-income individuals, families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. CHRC operates 295 PBRA multifamily units in three communities: Creekside, Oakwood, and Northridge.
