Closed Loop Farms is a year-round urban farm based at The Plant in Chicago's Back of the Yards neighborhood. Founded in 2015, it grows microgreens, herbs, edible flowers, and salad greens using beyond-organic, soil-grown practices, serving approximately 200 restaurants and hundreds of home consumers across Chicagoland with a team of 15 employees.
