Chicago Testing Laboratory (CTL) is a full-service provider of testing, inspection, training, consulting and research for construction materials, including asphalt and asphalt materials, liquids, aggregates, concrete and soils. Founded in 1912 as the Chicago Paving Laboratory, CTL operates an AMRL, CCRL and IDOT accredited central laboratory in Warrenville, Illinois, and holds U.S. Army Corps of Engineers validation for aggregates, bituminous, concrete and soil testing.
