Charles Signs is a family owned signage company based in Liverpool, NY. Founded in 1968 by Charles (Chuck) Spinoso making paper signs for grocery stores, it moved from hand painted signs to computer generated vinyl lettering in the early 1980s. In 1995 Jim and Linda Hickey became financial partners, and upon Chuck's retirement in 2002 the Hickeys bought out his remaining shares and now own 100% of the business. The company describes itself as a state of the art manufacturing facility for signage.
