Pelley Excavating was founded in 1993 by Chuck Pelley, the sole owner and licensed contractor, and has served southwestern Michigan and Michiana for over thirty years. The company is knowledgeable in excavation and demolition for residential and commercial sites, installing drain and septic systems, and trucking aggregate materials. It has completed large site work projects in Notre Dame and demolished 126 houses for the 1000 Homes in 1000 Days project in South Bend, Indiana.
