Central Valley Eggs was founded in 2016, constructing the facility and becoming fully operational in 2017. Located on a 160-acre parcel in Wasco, CA, it is one of the largest cage-free egg production and processing facilities in the country. The facility consists of seven layer barns, two pullet barns, and a processing plant. The company produces, grades, packages, and sells exclusively cage-free fresh shell eggs to major food service companies and retailers in California.
