Contract Engineering and Manufacturing (CEM) was founded in early 2000. Its 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Holtsville, Long Island, NY was built to house the merger of two companies, 4Di and Flowtronics, combining over 40 years of experience in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of printed circuit boards. CEM has full in-house turnkey capabilities with a fully staffed purchasing department and serves industries including US military, medical, telecommunications, LED lighting, and prototype designs.
